This pink lemonade gin cocktail is super simple, sweet and stunning!
Quick cocktail recipes are exactly what you need when the weekend kicks in. After a long week, there’s only one thing we want to be doing when it gets to Friday - and that’s chilling out with a pink, pretty tipple in hand. And if you like your ginny drink sweet, you’ll love this one…
The simpler the recipe = more time sipping and less time prepping. It’s a firm yes from us! This summer gin cocktail is sweet, contains only a few ingredients, and certainly looks the part (who doesn’t love a divine pink graduated cocktail, similarly to this Gin Daisy?) This cocktail might look like it’s taken a while to put together, but the truth is you’ll be finished in minutes.
The key ingredient to it looking top-notch? Grenadine. Here at Craft Gin Club, we’re a massive fan of this luscious syrup. It’s an easy way to add a burst of vibrant berry flavour to your gin cocktails - making it a must-have ingredient for your at-home gin bar. It’s sweet, fruity and makes cocktails look gorgeous. This vibrant syrup helps take your cocktails to the next level and impress your gin pals. It’s a win-win! And to up the ante, why not add a dried floral garnish too?
Pink lemonade gin cocktail
Fabulously fruity, divinely sweet with a touch of refreshing fresh lemon juice - it could be your favourite simple sip of summer!

50ml gin
15ml grenadine syrup
35ml pink lemonade
1/2 freshly squeezed lemon juice
Dried flowers, to garnish
Begin by adding your gin, fresh lemon juice and top up with pink lemonade. Then add 2-3 ice cubes and stir to chill. Finally, add the grenadine (it’s heavier so will sink to the bottom!) and place your dried floral garnish on top. Easy peasy!
