Each month we send our members the recipe for the Perfect G&T, plus all the ingredients to make it! This custom recipe has been carefully curated by the Craft Gin Club flavour experts to perfectly suit the Gin of the Month and provide you with the ultimate sipping experience.
This January, welcome in the new year with a refreshing G&T that's bursting with bright citrus and delicate spiced notes and crescendos into a sumptuously caramelised finish. Find the recipe below!
January 2025 Perfect G&T Recipe:
Ingredients
- 50ml The Orkney Gin Company Sule Skerry Gin
- 200ml Hartridges Indian Tonic Water
- Dried lime, to garnish
Method
Add your gin and tonic to a copa glass filled with ice. Stir gently to combine, then garnish and serve.
Craft Gin Club's January 2025 Cocktail of the Month: Winter Sunset
On top of the Perfect G&T recipe, Clubbers will also receive the ingredients for our January 2025 Cocktail of the Month – Craft Gin Club’s Winter Sunset!
This fruity, aromatic cocktail has been expertly created by our master mixologist Maria Vieira, and contains warming notes of vanilla along with herbal rooibos. It's delightfully easy to drink while retaining a lovely complex finish, and is the perfect pick-me-up on a chilly winter's evening. Get the recipe below!
Craft Gin Club's Winter Sunset
Ingredients
- 50ml The Orkney Gin Company Sule Skerry Gin
- 25ml Winter Sunset Cocktail Syrup
- 100ml Lixir Lemonade
- Lemon peel, to garnish
Method
Pour your Sule Skerry Gin and Winter Sunset Cocktail Syrup into a coupe glass and stir to combine. Top up with Lixir Lemonade, garnish and serve.
