Craft Gin Club wouldn't be where we are today without our amazing, gin-obsessed members! We love sending them a surprise gin each month and hearing what they think - the feedback we get from them is so valuable and we use it to constantly improve what we do for them.
We’re been working really hard on some exciting new features to help reward our loyal members, which we’ll be rolling out over the next few months. Read on for a sneak peek what’s in store for Craft Gin Clubbers in 2019…
Online Members' Area
From early 2019, we’re so excited to be able to unveil a members’ login area. This will give members complete control of their accounts, including the option to amend delivery details, upgrade or downgrade their membership, see when their next delivery is due, check out the latest club news and access many more exclusive perks!
Loyalty Scheme
Did we mention that our members are AMAZING? And some of them have been with us since the very beginning! Loyalty like theirs deserves to be rewarded and our new shiny loyalty will do just that! Members will earn points for every box they receive, every survey they fill out, every friend they refer, and more! Points will be available to use for exclusive discounts on ginny treats from our online gin shop (yes, a GIN SHOP! See below!).
Bigger and Better Box
We’re always looking at ways to deliver an even better drinking experience to your door. Going forwards we’re going to be sending you the perfectly paired tonic and garnish for each gin so you can mix up the Perfect G&T straight away, and all the essential ingredients to master a new Cocktail of the Month. Just add a few basic store-cupboard ingredients to create mixology magic in no time!
Members' Gin Shop
Members loved their exclusive Christmas Bottle Shop in December and we’re thrilled to announce that this will be getting bigger and better in 2019! Members will be able to get extra bottles of the exclusive gins they love the most (at exclusive prices!), plus bag some fab new club merchandise - and of course, the shop will accept club loyalty points as currency, so the more you gin, the more you win!
