When life gives you lemons, make a limoncello gin martini!

Every month, we send our members everything they need to make our exclusive Cocktail of the Month – and, in this month’s spirit of ginnovation, we’ve got two delicious tipples to try at home! One is features the sublime Pallini Limoncello that works wonderfully with the exclusive Cambridge Gin thanks to the fresh verbena and rosemary notes of the spirit.

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add your gin and liqueur. Shake hard – you want the liquids to combine, but also to dilute slightly. Strain into a chilled cocktail coupe, garnish with a sprig of rosemary and serve.
