Combining Kahlúa coffee liqueur, cream and gin it’s a divine, silky-smooth dessert-like cocktail that you will want to make for all of your loved ones!
We’ve created this recipe using Dartmouth English Gin, our June 2020 Gin of the Month, for a really fabulous, smooth cocktail. Cheers!
Dartmouth English Gin’s Café Crème
Ingredients
50ml Dartmouth English Gin
25ml Kahlúa liqueur (available online, other coffee liqueurs will also work fine)
A generous serving of double cream
Method
Add the gin and Kahlúa to a heavy tumbler with a couple of large ice cubes, and stir. Top with cream using the back of a spoon to help it float on top. Drink through the cream.
