This cocktail will make you 'royally' happy!

If Richard III was alive today, we strongly believe this would be his drink of choice! Made with this month’s Gin of the Month Burleighs Leicester Dry Gin, the combination of gin, orange juice, violet syrup and ginger ale really make this cocktail king of the castle!

Method:

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the gin, juice and syrups. Shake and strain into a wine glass filled with ice. Garnish with a twist of lemon and sprig of rosemary to serve

Ingredients:

35ml Richard III Gin
25ml orange juice 10ml sugar syrup
12.5ml violette syrup Ginger ale, to top up
Lemon twist and rosemary, to garnish
