While the arrival of a new Gin of the Month may make every month feel like Christmas, the sad truth is that 25th December only comes around once a year. So, when Chris Smart, the master distiller at the Surrey Copper Distillery, learned that he would be the distiller to create our Christmas Gin of the Month, he took his time to craft something as special as the season. We hope you love it as much as we do!
