Did you think green cocktails were only for St Patricks day? Think again! This dreamy, creamy mix of white chocolate creme de cacao, cream and gin takes on a showstopping green hue with a fresh minty hit of creme de menthe! Be sure to use clear creme de cacao and green creme de menthe to give the cocktail it’s distinctive colour.
Tipsy Grasshopper
25ml gin
25ml creme de menthe
25ml white creme de cacao
35ml single cream
Pour all of the ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake to combine. Strain into a chilled martini or coupe glass rimmed with chocolate
Tip: To get showstopping chocolate drips down the inside or outside of the glass, be sure to chill the glass in the freezer before using. Wipe down to remove condensation which can mottle the chocolate, and allow your chocolate ganache to cool a little before using - the cooler the ganache, the thicker the drips!
