Hooray! We are so excited to have reached the tremendous 100,000 Craft Gin Club member milestone!

To say that we are overjoyed to reach 100,000 members is an understatement! It’s a colossal milestone for the whole team here at Craft Gin Club HQ, but none more so than for our founders, Jon Hulme and John Burke. They have both watched the club grow spectacularly since they first appeared on the BBC television show Dragons’ Den just 4 years ago, when they managed to secure an investment from London Cocktail Club co-founder Sarah Willingham.

Here at Craft Gin Club, our mission has always been to elevate our members’ at-home drinking experience with our Gin of the Month boxes. From the monthly Perfect G&T to Discovery Gins, and from our Cocktail of the Month to our regular cocktail bundles, we always try to make sure that they have everything they need for the perfect night in. We are so glad to be giving more people that amazing experience than ever before!

And we have been spurred on to create even better boxes by the nation’s switch to at-home drinking during lockdown - it has been a time when members have needed a treat more than ever!

This year’s meteoric rise in gin-lovers joining the Club, to over 100,000 members, has certainly been a challenge for our whole team, but it’s a challenge that we love stepping up our game to meet - it’s not easy providing members with the equivalent of one G&T every 2.5 seconds, you know! While those staggering numbers are always interesting and reassuring to see, what really gets us excited is the club itself and the members that make it so special.

This year we have been thrilled to see a huge increase in the amount our members have been joining in the fun and getting involved with the club over social media and on our website during lockdown - our blog alone has received 2.9 million visitors and 4.7 million page views!

It’s with the fun activities that we organise for our members get involved with that we really get to feel that fabulous club spirit though. We love creating online cocktail quizzes, which generated more than 280,000 quizzers and our weekly Facebook Live Cocktail Hours, which we see hundreds of club members tune in for each one.

We love sharing our ginny knowledge though our Facebook Lives, be it through showing members how to make different cocktail recipes with our master mixologist, Maria, or conducting interviews and Q&As with top craft gin distillers.
