Take your taste buds on a delightful journey of flavour with a cocktail fit for royals! This Higher Monarchy cocktail originally featured in our October 2018 box, crafted to perfectly compliment the Burleighs Richard III gin.
Sparkling Rose Martini
50ml Richard III Gin
20ml lemon juice
15ml sugar syrup
5ml rose water
30ml chilled sparkling wine, to top up
Rose petals, to garnish
Combine the gin, lemon juice, sugar syrup and rose water in a cocktail shaker packed with ice and shake for 20 seconds. Strain into a cocktail coupe and top up with chilled sparkling wine. Garnish with rose petals and serve.
