Craft Gin Club’s Master Mixologist, Maria Vieira, has put a ginny spin on the classic cocktail the Dark & Stormy, which is traditionally made with rum, to create our stunning November 2021 Cocktail of the Month, Craft Gin Club Gin & Stormy.
To create this sumptuous serve, Maria has paired Mad Owl Special Edition Gin, Craft Gin Club’s November 2021 Gin of the Month, with Lixir Ginger Beer and our bespoke Gin & Stormy cocktail syrup - all of which can be found in Craft Gin Club’s gin-credible November 2021 Gin of the Month box.
The result is deeply delicious, with the warming notes of ginger perfectly complementing the citrusy botanicals in Mad Owl Special Edition Gin. Yum!

50ml Mad Owl Special Edition Gin
25ml Gin & Stormy Cocktail Syrup
100ml Lixir Ginger Beer
Lime wedge, to garnish
