How is Roundwood Fireside Gin made?
Roundwood Fireside Gin is made by Roundwood Gin, a distillery founded by husband-and-wife team Emily and Rupert Waters.
Inspired by early autumn nights spent around a log fire with friends and gin, the way Emily and Rupert imagine gin fans enjoying the gin, they picked a mix of autumnal botanicals like sloe berries, nutmeg, blackpepper and orange, along with lighter, more summery ingredients from the forest like elderflower.
Find the full Roundwood Fireside Gin botanical list here: juniper, coriander seed, sloe berries, orange, nutmeg, cassia, cardamom, ginger, black peppercorn, elderflower, lemon and orris Root.
The finished liquid is then bottled in a unique glass bottle designed specifically for Roundwood Fireside Gin and the bottle is decorated with a label designed to pay homage to the woodland inspiration for the gin.
Where is Roundwood Fireside Gin made?
Roundwood Fireside Gin, like all Roundwood Gins, is made at the Roundwood Gin distillery on Wennington Lodge Farm in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire.

What does Roundwood Fireside Gin taste like?
Roundwood Fireside Gin has piney notes of juniper on the nose. They carry onto the palate of this classic London Dry and are complemented by a balanced blend of spice, citrus and autumnal fruits. Bursts of berry from sloe berries then mingle with warming notes of nutmeg and cardamom, which crescendo into a long and complex finish.
