Yes, we know Mojitos are traditionally made with rum, soda water, mint, lime and sugar (and a dash of Angostura bitters in some areas). But swapping the rum for gin in this serve adds layers of flavour.

What's more, this Mojito recipe uses just three main ingredients, which you simply have to pour, stir and enjoy.

It all starts with using the right gin, of course. It has to be Craft Gin Club's May 2024 Gin of the Month, Salcombe Gin 'Start Point' - The Azores Edition with its gorgeous mix of citrus, herb and floral tones that set it apart.

That magnificent flavour profile works incredibly well with the authentic citrus flavours of DASH Lime in this recipe. Which also gives the cocktail some delectably delicate bubbles that bring every sip alive.
