This tasty G&T is the perfect way to serve Shivering Mountain Gin Early Harvest Edition, Craft Gin Club’s March 2022 Gin of the Month.

Inspired by the natural beauty of the Peak District National Park, this gorgeous Derbyshire gin from the Shivering Mountain Distillery is brimming with elegant floral, berry and spice notes. Craft Gin Club’s team of experts have then paired this gin with Belu Tonic, a sumptuous mixer that has subtle quinine and citrus tones, to really elevate the flavours of the gin.

To garnish, it has to be slices of orange and blueberries. They round out the G&T wonderfully with their warm citrus and berry notes. Yum!
