200ml Brecon Carreg Ginger Ale
Dried kumquat, to garnish
Fill up a highball glass with ice and pour in your River Test Spiced Rum. Top up with Brecon Carreg Ginger Ale. Garnish, stir gently and serve.

25ml Piña Colada Cocktail Syrup
