Café del Mar Gin comes from Ibiza's iconic Café del Mar bar and is brimming with incredible citrus and floral flavours that will transport you to that incredible Balearic island.

The leading notes in this classic London dry gin come from sweet, warming, juicy blood orange, the tart, floral allure of hibiscus and the marvellously mellow and inviting embrace of rose petals. They are then seasoned with very subtle touches of cinnamon spice. It is a true celebration of the Mediterranean!

For us, the best tonic water to serve with Café del Mar is one that can complement both the citrus and floral notes in the gin and work well with that kiss of cinnamon.

Fentimans Pink Grapefruit Tonic Water does all of that and more. A symphony of sweet, tart pink grapefruit and delectably bitter quinine flavours, this gorgeous pink tonic water is balanced enough to complement Café del Mar Gin without overpowering it.

Together, they give you a G&T that will transport you to the sunny Med.

All that's left to talk about is the garnish and the ice.

For the garnish, grapefruit continues those citrusy themes in the most mouthwatering ways.

And for the ice, it has to be The Ice Co. Super Cubes. These huge ice cubes are extremely slow melting because of their size, which also helps keep your G&T effervescent for longer. They are our first choice for this incredible serve!
