How is Café del Mar Gin made?
Café del Mar Gin has been created to be the perfect expression of Ibiza in gin and ideal for sipping while watching the sunset - ideally from the veranda of Café del Mar!
To capture that moment of Mediterranean bliss, the team behind Café del Mar Gin has chosen to use local botanicals like blood orange, hibiscus and rose. They are then balanced by coriander and orris root.
The full list of botanicals used to make Café del Mar Gin is juniper, blood orange, lemon, cinnamon, hibiscus, rose and orris root.
Those botanicals are then distilled in a base spirit and the finished gin is bottled in eye-catching blue gin bottles that have a design inspired by the legendary interior of Café del Mar bar, which was created by noted Catalan architect Lluis Güell.

What does Café del Mar Gin taste like?
Sweet and juicy blood orange tones fill both the initial aroma and flavours of this wonderfully thirst-quenching gin.
Hibiscus then offers a floral earthiness while a small addition of delicate rose rounds out the long and fragrant finish.
How do you serve Café del Mar Gin?
We recommend serving Café del Mar Gin with Fentimans Pink Grapefruit Tonic Water and garnishing with grapefruit slices for the perfect Café del Mar Gin and tonic.
