The perfect Great Glen gin and tonic recipe!
If you love Scottish gin then you need to try this incredible craft gin and tonic recipe. It’s the perfect way to serve Great Glen Light & Zesty Highland Gin, Craft Gin Club’s June 2023 Gin of the Month. Not least because we have paired it with a stunning Scottish tonic.
Bright, complex and refreshing, it’s not only a delicious taste of the Scottish Highlands but a fantastic summer gin and tonic recipe too.
Of course, the star of this show is the Great Glen Light & Zesty Highland Gin. Created by the amazing team at Great Glen Distillery, it has been launched in Craft Gin Club’s July 2023 Gin of the Month box.
Made with fragrant pink peppercorn, peppery watercress, orange blossom and eucalyptus, the gin is a symphony of savoury, floral and citrus notes.
The experts at Craft Gin Club have paired this Great Glen gin with Bon Accord Tonic Water, another fabulous product of Scotland. Made with natural quinine, it has a remarkable balance of citrus and subtle bitter tones that are oh-so-crisp and clean.
Garnished with slices of lemon and black pepper, it is a G&T like no other, especially if made with The Ice Co. Super Cubes. These huge ice cubes keep your gin and tonic cold for longer, melting and diluting the drink far less than your average ice cubes.
Give it a go!
The perfect Great Glen gin and tonic recipe:

Lemon and black pepper, to garnish
Begin by filling your glass with ice – we recommend Super Cubes, courtesy of The Ice Co°. Add your gin, then top up with tonic water. Gently stir, then garnish to serve.
