Craft Gin Club's Peach Gin Iced Tea is our July 2021 Cocktail of the Month!

In the American South, July is synonymous with long evenings drinking iced tea on the porch, and that’s what inspired Craft Gin Club’s Master Mixologist Maria to create this easy-to-make, easy-to-drink boozy iced tea cocktail recipe.

The key to this cocktail is our July 2021 Gin of the Month, Chemist American Gin. A wonderful symphony of floral, citrus and spice notes, it’s an “American-style” gin like no other.

Luscombe Sicilian Lemonade was then specially selected to accompany Chemist American Gin because of its unique mix of fragrant lemon tones (which come from lemons grown in Sicily on the side of Mount Etna!) and subtle yet beautiful Madagascan vanilla flavours. They are the perfect complement to the complex notes of the gin.

The third ingredient is our bespoke Peach Gin Iced Tea cocktail syrup. Made specifically for this cocktail by the team here at Craft Gin Club HQ, it is full of the marvellous, nectar-like aromas of stone fruit. They work as a brilliant way to tie the flavours of the gin and the lemonade together.
