Craft Gin Club's February Gin of the Month: Dr Eamers' Gin
This beautiful Valentine's Day expression comes to us from West Midlands Distillery and perfectly encapsulates the brand's spirit of creativity.
Founded by Jordan Lunn in 2017, West Midlands Distillery keeps flavour at the core of everything they do. Dr Eamers' Gin - the exclusive expression created for Craft Gin Club members - is filled with light, citrussy top notes and warming base notes of spicy pink peppercorn. Inspired by fresh Japanese flavours, this superb gin is the bright, vibrant counterpart to West Midlands Distillery Rum - a deep, spicy spirit and our February Rum of the Month.
Jordan and the team at West Midlands Distillery are all about experimentation and creating fabulously unique flavour combinations. This limited edition release features stunning Japanese botanicals that shine with a splash of tonic. Each month we send our members the recipe for the Perfect G&T, plus all the ingredients to make it! This custom recipe has been carefully curated by the Craft Gin Club flavour experts to perfectly suit the Gin of the Month and provide you with the ultimate sipping experience.
This February, indulge in a refreshingly complex G&T featuring Dr Eamers' light and bright citrus gin with hints of warming pink peppercorn and a subtly floral tonic. Find the recipe below!
February 2025 Perfect G&T Recipe:
Ingredients
- 50ml Dr Eamers' Gin
- 200ml Marlish English Tonic Water
- Dried strawberries, to garnish
Method
Add your gin and tonic to a highball glass filled with ice. Stir gently to combine, then garnish and serve.
Craft Gin Club's February 2025 Cocktail of the Month: Tickled Pink
On top of the Perfect G&T recipe, Clubbers will also receive the ingredients for our February 2025 Cocktail of the Month – Craft Gin Club’s Tickled Pink!
This pretty pink serve has been expertly created by our master mixologist Maria Vieira and contains rich mixed berry flavours, a hint of lifting citrus and tropical lychee for a tipple that's perfect for toasting to something special. Get the recipe below!
Craft Gin Club's Tickled Pink
Ingredients
- 50ml Dr Eamers' Gin
- 25ml Tickled Pink Cocktail Syrup
- 100ml Marlish Blackcurrant Sparkling Spring Water
- Fresh raspberries and edible flowers, to garnish
Method
Add all the ingredients in a coupe glass over crushed ice and give a quick stir to combine. Garnish and serve.
