Mapmaker's Coastal Spiced Rum is made using a mix of Dunnet Bay Distillers' twice-distilled House Rum and carefully selected Caribbean rum. They are aged together with the finest Scottish sea salt, kelp, scurvy grass and lemon verbena. 

The result is a rum that's brimming with bursts of citrus, which are grounded by delectable caramel tones and a touch of salt that is simply sublime. 

That flavour profile works incredibly well with the sweet, fragrant, authentic mango tones of Frobishers Mango Juice, which is made using only the best Alphonso mangos from southern India. 

The Compass Star Cocktail Syrup then adds a fragrant bouquet of floral notes to the cocktail that lifts the whole experience.
