Each month we send our members the recipe for the ultimate rum serve, plus all the ingredients to make it! This custom recipe has been carefully curated by the Craft Gin Club flavour experts to perfectly suit the Rum of the Month and provide you with the ultimate sipping experience.
In December's Perfect Serve, the warming spice and gentle sweetness in Schweppes Ginger Beer are the perfect complement to the beautiful festive spiced in December's Rum of the Month. Get the recipe below!
December 2024 Perfect Serve Recipe
Ingredients
- 50ml St Davids Rum Christmas Edition
- 150ml Schweppes Ginger Beer
- Dried lime, to garnish
Method
Fill up a highball glass with ice and pour in the rum and mixer. Add the garish, stir gently to infuse and serve.

Expertly created by our master mixologist, Maria Vieira, this warming winter cocktail is bursting with sweet and tart cherry and mulled wine flavours, balanced by the aromatic spices of St Davids Rum Christmas Edition. See below for the recipe!
December 2024 Santa's Spritz Recipe:
Ingredients
- 50ml St Davids Rum Christmas Edition
- 25ml Santa's Spritz Cocktail Syrup
- 100ml Flawsome! Apple & Sour Cherry
- Redcurrants, to garnish
Method
Add the rum and syrup in a mixing glass with ice and stir. Strain into a large coupe or wine glass and top with Flawsome! Apple & Sour Cherry. Garnish with redcurrants to serve.
