We can't wait to introduce members to this beautiful craft gin from St Davids Distillery.
This expression is absolutely bursting with all of your favourite festive flavours - from aromatic clementine and spicy cinnamon to buttery chestnut and fruity raisin. Every sip of this delightful gin will fill you with nostalgia and the joy of the Christmas season.
Coming from the small but vibrant community of St Davids on the picturesque coast of Pembrokeshire, founder Neil Walsh has sought to convey this special corner of the country through St Davids Distillery and its very special spirits.
The Christmas season conjures up plenty of delicious flavours – chestnuts roasting on an open fire, pans full of warming drinks laced with festive spices and sweet, indulgent desserts. This gin from St Davids Distillery delivers all of those sensory treats and more. Each month we send our members the recipe for the Perfect G&T, plus all the ingredients to make it! This custom recipe has been carefully curated by the Craft Gin Club flavour experts to perfectly suit the Gin of the Month and provide you with the ultimate sipping experience.
This December, enjoy a wonderfully warming G&T filled with aromatic Christmas spices, bright, zesty clementine and subtle notes of roasted chestnut. Orange and redcurrants add a delicate juiciness while The Ice Co. Super Cubes provide the perfect chill and level of dilution. See the recipe below!
December 2024 Perfect G&T Recipe
Ingredients
- 50ml St Davids Gin Christmas Edition
- 200ml Schweppes Indian Tonic
- Dried orange and redcurrants, to garnish
- The Ice Co. Super Cubes
Method
Add your gin and tonic to a copa glass filled with ice. Stir gently to combine, then garnish and serve.

On top of the Perfect G&T recipe, Clubbers will also receive the ingredients for our December 2024 Cocktail of the Month – Craft Gin Club’s Ginger Snap!
In this festive recipe, expertly curated by our master mixologist, Maria Vieira, the classic festive spices and lifting citrus notes in St Davids Gin Christmas Edition pair perfectly with a tart apple mixer and our gingerbread-laced cocktail syrup. Serve in a champagne glass for an elegant tipple or try it hot for an instant winter warmer. Check out the recipe below!
Craft Gin Club's Ginger Snap Recipe
Ingredients
• 50ml St Davids Gin Christmas Edition
• 25ml Ginger Snap Cocktail Syrup
• 100ml Flawsome! Sweet & Sour Apple
• Apple slices and rosemary sprig, to garnish
Method
Add all the ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and stir to combine. Strain into a champagne flute or goblet glass, and garnish with apple slices and rosemary.
