Gin O'Clock: St-Germain Fizz

Elderflower is the taste of the moment and we are over the moon to be working with the delicious St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur this month! So much so, we are going to do something that is VERY rare here at CGC HQ, and enjoy a cocktail WITHOUT GIN! (however, this tastes just as nice with gin in it...)

Method:

Fill a Collins or wine glass with ice and add Prosecco. Then add St-Germain, and top up with sparkling water. garnish with a twist of lemon to serve.

Ingredients:

40ml St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur
50ml Prosecco, chilled,
60ml Sparkling water, chilled,
Twist of lemon, to garnish
