Bonne Maman Salted Pancakes Recipe

For those of you who's December Gin of the Month box contained the yummy Bonne Maman Salted Caramel (and still have some left!) we insist you try it with pancakes! Don't worry if you got the Hazelnut Praline - we have another absolute corker of a recipe for you too! Watch this space...

This deliciously rich caramel is seasoned with Guérande sea salt from the north-western corner of France. It’s spectacular warmed and drizzled over pancakes and waffles. Tip: add a little apple juice to some caramel in a pan for a delicious toffee apple sauce.
