Cocktail of the Week: Siderit Gin Cola

Gin and Cola - gross, right? Wrong! This unusual mixed drink is a favourite tipple in Spain, where our August Gin of the Month is made. In fact, Siderit in particular is great when served this way. Here's how to make this very Spanish serve:
Siderit Cola
50ml Siderit gin
200ml cola
Orange zest and cinnamon stick, to garnish
Combine gin and cola in a tall glass with lots of ice. Garnish with cinnamon stick orange zest.
