Our Gin of the Month for November is Slingsby - a brand new gin from the Yorkshire spa town of Harrogate that our members are some of the first in the country to try. We hope everyone is enjoying it as much as we are!

Slingsby Signature Serve
35ml or 50ml Slingsby gin
200ml premium tonic water
Serve in a Slingsby speakeasy gin cocktail glass with plenty of ice. Garnish with a pink grapefruit twist, blueberries and an edible flower.
