Cocktail of the Week: Slingsby Fizz

We know our members are loving their Slingsby Gin so far this month - hopefully they've still got enough left to try out this delicious signature cocktail!
This recipe plays on that relationship again, with the addition of elderflower to bring a floral, fragrant note to the mix. Cheers!
Slingsby Fizz
40ml Slingsby Gin
60ml pink grapefruit juice
10ml elderflower syrup
20ml sugar
30ml soda water
Shake all ingredients together on ice and strain. Serve over ice in a highball and garnish with a fresh grapefruit wedge and tarragon sprigs.
